Data Entry Clerk at BairesDev
We are looking for a Junior Data Entry Clerk to support our operations by accurately entering and managing information across various systems. This role focuses on maintaining data quality and supporting administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
- Input data into company databases and systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Review and verify information for completeness and correctness before processing.
- Update and maintain records to ensure information is current and accessible.
- Organize and file digital documents according to established procedures.
- Identify and report data discrepancies or errors to supervisors.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and support team operations as needed.
What we are looking for:
- 1+ year of experience with data entry or administrative support.
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency with spreadsheet and database applications.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced level of English.
