Your role

We are looking for an HRIS Reporting & Organizational Management Specialist to
ensure high‑quality HR data, accurate global reporting, and smooth management of
HR systems and integrations across the EssilorLuxottica landscape. The role
works with global HR, IT, and vendor teams to maintain reporting tools, support
data governance, and drive system enhancements.

Main responsibilities:

* Manage end‑to‑end governance of HR reporting tools and global dashboards.
* Oversee data integration processes between SAP HCM, DWH, BO/BI and related
applications.
* Execute data quality checks, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Validate organizational structures, job architecture updates and global
entity changes.
* Coordinate cross-functional meetings with HR, IT, vendors and local HR teams.
* Support UAT, testing cycle
