Create personalized demos.
Manage onboarding calls with new customers.
Maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Perform quality checks on our products.
Handle first-level support requests.
Take care of back-office tasks.
Take on additional responsibilities based on your skills and interests.

✅ Requirements
Key Requirements
Native-level proficiency in German.
Professional proficiency in English.
Knowledge of and experience in the hospitality industry.
Experience in customer success.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
Useful Skills (not mandatory but appreciated)
Professional proficiency in Italian.
Experience using CRM or customer management tools.
