Controlling nucleation and growth of beta-amyloid isoforms on electrode surfaces of
electrolyte-gated organic transistors; Study of the aggregation and growth kinetics of
Abeta isoforms as a function of different environmental conditions (temperature, pH,
ionic strength, concentration,
microfluidic confinement); quantification of isoform
distributions; non-conventional large-area patterning of isoforms; AFM microscopy,
confocal fluorescence microscopy, electrical measurements on devices, and
impedance measurements. Interaction with neurologist and medical researcher.
