In Finance, we ensure the integrated governance of financial activities at Group
level, both ordinary and extraordinary. We control administrative, accounting,
and financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with tax requirements and
optimizing credit management, debt collection, and treasury activities. A
primary focus is placed on integrating the accounting, administrative, and
reporting processes of companies being acquired, ensuring alignment and
efficiency at the Group level.

We're looking for a Finance Transformation Specialist who drives the Group's
international operations — supporting the standardisation and evolution of




end-to-end Finance processes on SAP S/4HANA. The role combines Finance
domain expertise with process design, bridging Finance teams and Technology
across a multicountry environment.

In particular, you will:

* Support end-to-end Finance transformation initiatives across core process
areas — Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and Treasury & Cash
Management.

* Analyse, document and contribute to the definition of current and future
Finance processes, translating business requirements into clear process and
system specifications.

* Support the alignment of Finance processes at an international level,
balancing local requirements with central operating models.

* Operate on Finance processes supported by SAP S/4HANA, acting as the Finance
point of reference in the relationship with Technology teams.

* Produce and maintain Finance process documentation — process maps,
operational guidelines,
