The Strategic Business Originator is responsible for identifying, originating and qualifying new business opportunities for Laudarte within the international luxury architecture, hospitality, residential and yacht sectors.
Operating on a remote and performance-based contract, the Originator leverages an established network of architects, interior designers, real estate developers, family offices, private clients, general contractors, fit-out companies and construction firms to facilitate introductions and generate qualified project opportunities.
The role involves identifying projects at an early stage, assessing their commercial potential, coordinating the exchange of relevant information and collaborating closely with Laudarte's executive and commercial teams throughout the business development process.
The Originator is expected to maintain a structured pipeline of opportunities, provide concise project updates and support the development of long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers involved in high-end developments worldwide.
This position requires a proactive,
entrepreneurial mindset, strong professional ethics and the ability to operate independently while maintaining regular communication with the company.
Key Responsibilities
Originate and qualify new luxury residential, hospitality, commercial and yacht projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, owners, family offices and project consultants.
Facilitate strategic introductions to key decision-makers responsible for design specification and procurement.
Identify opportunities where Laudarte's bespoke lighting, furniture and decorative solutions can create added value.
Evaluate project maturity, commercial potential and alignment with the company's positioning.
Coordinate preliminary information, documentation and project intelligence with Laudarte's commercial team.
