About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Grant Reporting & Compliance Specialist to support the financial and administrative management of an Italian publicly funded research project.
This is a flexible tempo parziale freelance engagement, ideal for an independent consultant or grant management professional who already supports multiple organisations and is looking to collaborate with a growing research institute.
Working closely with our leadership team, you will oversee grant reporting, financial compliance and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring full compliance with Italian public funding requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the financial and administrative reporting of an Italian publicly funded project.
Ensure compliance with funding rules, reporting requirements and project deadlines.
Prepare, review and organise financial documentation and supporting evidence.
Verify the eligibility of project expenditure in accordance with funding guidelines.
