About the role
We’re hiring a Retention Execution Specialist to support our Email and SMS Strategists by owning the execution of retention marketing campaigns in Klaviyo.
This is a mid-level, execution-focused role responsible for building campaigns, creating audience segments, performing QA, scheduling launches, troubleshooting issues, and helping keep campaign work moving across approximately 10 client accounts. You’ll work closely with strategists, designers, copywriters, and project managers to turn approved plans into accurate, on-time execution. You’ll also communicate directly with clients about campaign scheduling, review requests, audience confirmation, deployment timing, and minor execution updates.
This role reports to our Director, Email Strategy.

Responsibilities
Execute email and SMS campaigns and flows from build through deployment in Klaviyo.
Build campaigns inside modern lifecycle marketing platforms.
Create customer segments using established audience logic and approved strategy.
Schedule campaigns and flows according to marketing calendars and approved timelines.
Upload approved creative from Figma into Klaviyo using internal tools.
Prepare campaign assets for deployment and generate previews for internal review and client approval.
Build recurring reports and support execution performance tracking.
Ensure every campaign is delivered accurately and on schedule.
Perform comprehensive QA before every campaign is scheduled and every flow goes live.
Verify links, personalization, dynamic content, segmentation, UTMs, formatting, rendering, and scheduling.
Troubleshoot implementation issues and resolve campaign blockers.
Catch issues before they reach the client or go live.
Maintain Homestead’s quality standards across every campaign.
