Position Summary
The Regional Sales Manager (Europe) is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of partner accounts across their designated region.



The role focuses on building long-term relationships, driving student enrolments, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.

Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the Regional Sales Manager will develop and execute regional sales strategies that strengthen EC's market presence and contribute to the company's overall commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
Maximise sales performance and profitability across the assigned region.
Achieve enrolment targets while operating within the agreed regional budget.
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans for each assigned market.
Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners, providing exceptional sales and marketing support.
Negotiate commercial agreements with partners, including commission structures, marketing plans, objectives and incentive schemes, ensuring all agreements are a
