Job Purpose
The Director, Wholesale — Global holds dual accountability: direct operational leadership of the EMEA wholesale business and strategic coordination of wholesale channels across all regions (Americas, APAC, JP & Korea). The role is the central reference point for brand strategy execution in wholesale worldwide, ensuring coherence across markets while adapting to local dynamics. A strong commercial leader, this individual drives revenue growth, partner excellence, compliance discipline, and cross-regional alignment, operating at executive level with full command of numbers, business dynamics, and brand standards.
Responsibilities
Global Coordination Responsibilities
Define and drive the global wholesale strategy,
ensuring alignment across regions and functions while representing the wholesale perspective in key business decisions.
Lead global e-commerce and franchise partnerships, driving commercial growth, brand consistency, and strategic account development.
Oversee wholesale governance, performance reporting, compliance, and executive communication.
EMEA Wholesale Leadership
Define and execute the EMEA wholesale strategy, driving business development, commercial performance, and brand excellence across the region.
Build and manage strategic wholesale partnerships, leveraging market insights to maximize growth and execution.
Lead and develop the EMEA wholesale team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and results.
Knowledge And Skills
Extensive experience in luxury fashion wholesale across international markets, managing strategic accounts, e-commerce platforms, and franchise partners.
