In this role you lead production teams within a wind energy context, driving safety, quality, and on‑time delivery. You bridge employees and senior management while translating strategy into actionable plans. You will tackle cost reduction, waste elimination, and continuous improvement to support Vestas’ mission of sustainable power. Responsabilità
- Technical or Bachelor's degree in engineering xysqume or related field
- Experience in people management (≥3 years)
- Proficiency in Lean and problem‑solving tools (DM, Takt, PDCA, 5‑why)
- Advanced English
- IT proficiency (MS‑Office, SAP)
