Regional Marketing Manager Resistors – South Europe

Job Location: Italy (preferably Senago) or remote
Key Role and Responsibilities

- Work closely with European Sales and FAE team to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate product offerings from Vishay’s Resistors portfolio.
- Design‑in custom products when necessary with support from an international team of technical experts.
- Organize technical training and workshops to increase Vishay awareness in the European market.
- Spread product strategy within the European distribution network.
- Analyze market trends and provide internal feedback.
Your Skills and Experience

- Master’s degree in engineering, preferably in Electronics and Mechatronics.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical environment.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Understanding of electronic circuits in automotive or industrial applications.
- High communication and presentation skills.
- Strong structural and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel within Europe and work in an international team.
