About the Position

We are seeking a professional with a commercial mindset and solid technical background to develop the Latin American market for animal health products and feed additives.

Responsibilities

Execute the company's commercial strategy in the region, plan sales activities, and acquire new clients to achieve revenue targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients; conduct regular visits, identify technical needs, retain the existing client portfolio, and efficiently close negotiations.
Present technical solutions and products to clients; participate in technical seminars and industry events to strengthen connections and identify business opportunities.
Provide technical advisory, formulation recommendations, and after-sales follow-up; support clients in resolving application issues to maximize satisfaction and retention.
Collect market intelligence to support decision-making and strategic planning; prepare commercial analysis reports.
Other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

Experience: No prior experience required.

Candidates with sales or technical service background in the livestock, animal health, or feed additives industry will be given preference.
Network: Established client portfolio or contact network in the animal health sector; ability to develop business independently.
Technical Competence: Strong knowledge in animal production, nutrition, or zoosanitary product applications; capable of delivering technical presentations, writing proposals, and accompanying clients in the field.
Education: Degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Nutrition, or related fields (preferred).
Languages: Spanish, Portuguese, and fluent English.
Attributes: Proactive, resilient under pressure, excellent communication skills, highly adaptable, and willing to travel within the region.
