About the Role
Are you an expert in thermodynamics who thrives on solving complex engineering puzzles? Do you enjoy the challenge of taking a standard product and re-engineering it into a high-performance, customized solution?
If so, this is the challenge for you We are looking for a Sustaining Engineer to join the Clivet team. In this role, you will be the technical backbone for our specialized projects—bridging the gap between initial sales inquiry and final product delivery. You will use your deep knowledge of HVAC systems to size components, run thermodynamic simulations, and ensure that every "special design" meets our rigorous standards of efficiency and reliability.

Special Project Lead: Evaluate unique project requirements and propose robust technical solutions, providing vital pre-sales support to the commercial team.
Precision Sizing: Perform component selection and advanced thermodynamic simulations to ensure custom designs perform perfectly under real-world conditions.




Documentation Mastery: Manage the full lifecycle of technical quotations and proposal documentation with accuracy and technical rigor.
⚙️ Lifecycle Management & Support: Keep it running
Portfolio Deep-Dive: Gain an in-depth mastery of the entire Clivet HVAC portfolio—from chillers to heat pumps and air handling units.
Product Evolution: Maintain and update mature projects, ensuring our established solutions continue to meet modern standards.
Order & Testing Support: Support the order management flow and act as the technical lead during customer witness tests, proving the quality of our engineering firsthand.
? Impact & Influence: Bridge the gap
After-Sales Anchor: Provide high-level technical support for complex issues post-installation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work as the link between Sales, Engineering, and the Customer to ensure "special" doesn't mean "complicated."
