Pay Rate:
Hourly Rate: $8–$9.5
Full-time Biweekly Rate (40 hours per week 80 total):

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, relationship-focused Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our membership community. You'll build authentic relationships with prospective members, guide new members through onboarding, and ensure they have an exceptional experience from their first interaction through activation.
The ideal candidate is an outstanding written communicator who enjoys connecting with people, is naturally organized,
and excels at managing multiple conversations while providing thoughtful, personalized support.
Success in this role is measured by your ability to build trust, nurture relationships, and help prospective members become active users of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Member Onboarding & Success
Guide new members through the onboarding process.
Proactively follow up with members to encourage completion of their first booking.
Support members until they become active users of the platform.
Respond promptly to member questions with accurate, friendly, and professional communication.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the member journey.
Lead Generation & Outreach
Research and identify qualified prospects on Instagram, with a focus on wedding and event professionals.
Conduct personalized outreach through Instagram comments, direct messages, and other authentic engagement methods.
