Junior Functional Analyst@ HRM
will support the implementation and configuration of a Product Information Management (PIM) system based on Stibo STEP. The resource will work closely with the development team, contributing to both standard functionalities and custom solutions while gaining hands-on experience in enterprise applications. The role includes participation in agile ceremonies, collaboration with stakeholders during alignment meetings, and support in managing change requests and incidents. The intern will also be involved in documenting configurations and processes, developing a structured understanding of system implementation and delivery in an Agile environment.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or similar)
Knowledge of JavaScript programming language
Familiarity with data management systems and enterprise applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent English (level C1)
Nice to have
Basic understanding of software development concepts
Familiarity with tools such as Jira and ServiceNow
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
