Experteer Overview

In this role, you lead advanced planning and scheduling for large projects, shaping project plans and control strategies. You will coordinate WBS/CBS definitions with project teams and contractors, and deliver meaningful progress, risk, and report analyses. You’ll apply probabilistic and critical-path analysis to optimise timelines and resource usage, driving timely project delivery. - Implement Planning/Scheduling strategy and procedures aligned with company and contractor roles
- Coordinate development of WBS and CBS with key project stakeholders
- Prepare staffing, engineering, construction progress, and customised reports
- Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated and contractor schedules
- Conduct schedule analysis:



critical path and schedule risk
- Analyze deviations from baseline and propose corrective actions
- Contribute Integrated Planning/Scheduling to Monthly Project Reports and other presentations
- Assess schedule impact of variances/change orders
- Prepare resourcing plans for project phases and advise on peak leveling

Responsabilità
- Expertise in xysqume project controls and time/schedule management
- Extensive experience with project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 preferred)
- Ability to consolidate multiple schedule inputs into a master schedule and deliver status reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tenacity and drive to add value and create solutions
- Ability to build good working relationships within project teams
