What you'll do
This role is for someone with hands-on experience managing Paid Media campaigns who wants to grow by working across multiple platforms and markets — and who uses AI as a core part of how they work. You'll be operating inside Latin America's fastest-growing company (ranked by Financial Times), in a team that's actively building AI-native workflows into everything we do.
You'll be focused on launching, monitoring and optimizing Paid Media campaigns. It's a hands-on, detail-driven role with direct impact on how we grow in Mexico, Brasil and Colombia — and a chance to help define what AI-augmented paid media looks like at scale.
Your responsibilities will include:
Launch, monitor and quality assurance of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
Set up tracking and attribution according to internal guidelines — including AI-assisted tag
