Senior Fullstack Engineer — Onboarding

We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join Clara's Onboarding team —
the team behind one of the most critical moments in the Clara journey: the
moment a business decides to trust us. We own the full experience from sign-up
to first transaction: KYB and KYC flows, document collection and verification,
identity validation, and account activation. The complexity is real — we operate
across multiple countries each with its own regulatory framework, and we manage
a growing ecosystem of identity and verification providers, each with different
APIs, contracts, and data models, that we have to orchestrate seamlessly. Every
percentage point of activation we unlock translates directly to Clara's
expansion across Latin America.
