This Is Not a Routine Administrative Role.
You will be the direct point of contact between our clients and the rest of the legal team. These clients are in active deportation proceedings. Some are detained by ICE. They are scared. They have questions. They need to feel supported and they need information to reach the right person, fast.
You keep every case moving by making sure nothing gets lost, delayed, or missed.
Missing or incomplete information from a client or their family can delay a filing, and a delay can mean the difference between staying with family or facing permanent separation, or being sent back into a dangerous situation.

The Role
You will handle most client communication, obtain and organize documentation, and keep notes in the CMS updated with the client requests.
