Employment Contract Type: Permanent

Other: Availability to travel in Italy and abroad

Education: Diploma or degree in a technical field (electronics, electrical engineering, energy engineering or similar).

Languages: Fluent Italian, good knowledge of technical English (spoken and written), additional European languages will be considered a plus.

Job Summary And Scope

The candidate will be responsible for providing on‑site technical support to customers, partners and distributors for the diagnosis and resolution of problems with photovoltaic inverters and related solutions. He/she will be required to conduct training at customer sites and will be a technical point of reference to ensure service continuity and customer satisfaction.

ACTIVITIES

-

- Provide on‑site technical assistance

- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on photovoltaic inverters and related systems

- Support installers,



service partners and customers in commissioning and troubleshooting

- Collaborate with the remote support team for the escalation of complex cases

- Draft technical intervention reports

- Collect technical data to share with R&D; and Quality departments for analysis of any recurring issues or product anomalies

- Update and maintain the company knowledge base with standard procedures and solutions

Technical Skills

-

- Basic knowledge of photovoltaic systems and inverters

- Ability to read and interpret xysqume electrical diagrams and technical manuals

- Good familiarity with diagnostic tools and monitoring software

- Proficiency in Office and CRM ticketing systems
