KERING Transport Operations Senior Specialist

In this role you will manage end-to-end international transport across air, ocean, and rail to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery. You will monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and provide analytical insights to support operational and strategic decisions. You will act as a bridge between global brands, regions, and service teams to align priorities and shipments. You will lead cost optimization, supplier transitions, and IT integration while supporting new country openings and multi-carrier approaches.

- Indicative starting compensation: 40k

- Manage end-to-end transport flows across air, ocean, and rail ensuring smooth execution and service continuity
- Proactively identify and resolve operational disruptions and urgent shipments
- Maintain shipment visibility and on-time delivery performance
- Use advanced Excel tools for data analysis, reporting, and monitoring of transport performance
- Maintain and enhance transport dashboards and KPIs to support decisions
- Interface with global stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Lead supplier switch and transition activities for business continuity




- Support IT integration between suppliers and internal systems
- Drive new country openings and operational setup
- Contribute to multi-carrier models across key geographies
- Lead cost optimization initiatives and monitor transport costs against budgets
- Analyze cost drivers and variances to inform decisions
- Support validation and application of pricing structures
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis
- Proven experience in international transport and logistics in global environments (luxury/fashion is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of air, ocean, and rail xysqume transport operations
- Solid understanding of cost structures, rate mechanisms, and financial drivers
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, reporting)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage urgency within structured processes
- High accountability and ownership
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus
