Multi-Property Marketing Executive - Casa Brera

As Multi-Property Marketing Executive, you support marketing and communications across Casa Brera and The Rome EDITION, with a focus on graphic design and brand execution. You shape visual storytelling for both properties, ensuring consistency with brand standards and alignment with commercial goals across digital and offline channels. You work closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies to drive creative assets for campaigns, social media, and collateral. This role offers the chance to impact luxury hospitality storytelling at scale and across two iconic properties.

- Create and adapt visual assets for digital and print campaigns
- Design and produce hotel marketing collateral (brochures, menus, signage, presentations)
- Develop creative assets for social media, banners, emails, and digital ads
- Ensure brand guidelines and visual identity consistency




- Coordinate artwork production and print-ready files
- Maintain and organize visual asset libraries
- Coordinate marketing collateral delivery for both properties and tailor content to each hotel's objectives
- Support social media strategy execution and content calendar in collaboration with external agencies
- Bachelor's degree or related field (as stated)
- 2 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, communications, social media, or content xysqume creation
- Portfolio demonstrating graphic design and visual communication
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, email marketing tools, and CMS
- Basic photo and video editing skills a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-property environment
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Based in Milan with willingness to travel to Rome
