As a Senior Java Backend Developer you design and build scalable, high-quality services in an agile, cross-functional team. - Collaborate in an agile cross-functional team with the product owner to outline products and strategies
- Design application architectures and establish technical solutions for the services
- Work with other software engineers in a collaborative environment
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security requirements
- Advocate for continuous improvement in development processes and technologies
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with Java
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of OOP, OOD, SOLID, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
- Proven experience with Java frameworks, especially Spring
- Experience implementing and executing automated testing strategies
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
- Understanding of high availability concepts and SaaS/PaaS models
- Fluency in Italian; able to read and communicate in English
