Your role
We are looking for aMTE Engineer Specialist who will drive the development, industrialization, validation and continuous improvement of automated test solutions supporting new product introduction and mass production. The role collaborates closely with R&D;, Manufacturing, Quality and cross-functional teams to ensure robust, efficient and scalable testing processes across multiple technology domains including Camera, RF, Electronic, Mechanical, LED, Functional and Software testing.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop, validate and industrialize automated test solutions for new products.
- Support NPI activities, pilot builds, ramp-up and mass production.
- Design, optimize and maintain test stations, fixtures and equipment.
- Perform GR&R;, correlation studies and capability analysis.
- Analyze test data,
identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Improve yield, throughput, quality and test coverage through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with R&D;, Manufacturing, Process, Quality and Suppliers to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, work instructions and validation reports.
- Provide technical training and support to production teams.
- Drive engineering changes and introduce innovative testing technologies and methodologies.
Main requirements:
- Degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in Test Engineering within manufacturing or consumer electronics.
- Knowledge of automated test systems and production test methodologies.
- Experience with data analysis, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with laboratory instruments and measurement equipment.
- Knowledge of hardware-software integration and test validation.
- Experience supporting NPI and manufacturing environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in one or more domains (Camera, RF, Electronic, Mechanical, LED, Functional or Software Test) is considered a strong advantage.
