Construction Engineer - UPW & WWT Specialist

As part of the Central Construction team at the Agrate site, you will oversee UltraPure Water and Waste Water packages from concept to completion. You collaborate across disciplines and with contractors to deliver safe, on-time installations that meet time, quality, and budget targets. You define basic UPW & WWT design needs, prepare specifications, and validate contractor deliverables, while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. This role drives critical infrastructure for manufacturing and supports sustainable, efficient operations.

- Define UPW & WWT basic design for new projects
- Prepare UPW & WWT specifications
- Validate contractor technical documentation and quotations
- Ensure installation activities comply with specs,



safety and environmental rules
- Monitor on-time execution and flag deviations to schedule
- Lead weekly contractor meetings and document minutes
- Provide approvals within standard due dates
- Manage project tools usage by Contractors
- Participate in progress meetings with suppliers and ST team
- Collect final documentation for UPW & WWT disciplines
- Bachelor in chemical engineering, material engineering, industrial engineering, chemistry or similar
- read and understand mechanical, electrical and instrumental xysqume schematics
- knowledge of Autocad and 3D modeling software (Revit, Navisworks)
- good analytical, problem solving, and reporting skills
- strong teamwork and communication abilities
- proficiency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
- experience with UPW & WWT systems in microelectronics or pharmaceutical contexts (preferred)
