The Account Director is responsible for driving revenue growth across the hotel
through the development, retention and expansion of an established portfolio of
mainly corporate and MICE clients. Acting as a trusted commercial partner to
customers, the role focuses on strategic account management, proactive business
development and close collaboration with on‑property teams to deliver
exceptional customer experiences and measurable commercial results.
