CPQ Product Manager

You will own the evolution of the CPQ platform, connecting Sales, Engineering and IT to optimize configuration, pricing and quoting processes.

Main activities

- Define and drive the CPQ product vision , roadmap and development priorities;
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog , translating business requirements into functional solutions;
- Act as the key liaison between Sales, Engineering, Pricing, Operations and IT teams;
- Improve quote-to-cash processes , increasing efficiency and reducing configuration and pricing errors;
- Lead workshops and requirement-gathering activities with internal stakeholders;
- Oversee testing, release management and user adoption of new CPQ features;
- Manage two internal technical CPQ resources in a remote setup;
- Act as the internal CPQ subject matter expert, promoting best practices and continuous improvement .

Requirements Must have
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Systems Lead in a CPQ or related environment ;
- Strong knowledge of Configure-Price-Quote processes , product configuration logic and quote-to-cash workflows;
- Professional proficiency in both English and Italian .

Nice to have
- Experience with CPQ platforms such as Configure One, Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ or similar;
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial products or mechanical engineering environments;
- Familiarity with CRM,



ERP and pricing system integrations;
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum and backlog management.

One day of lavoro da remoto per week.

Salary range

Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €45,000 - €60,000 , based on experience and qualifications.
