Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking an HR Administration specialist to manage end-to-end onboarding and serve as the main contact for employees and managers on HR matters in Italy.

You will maintain records, handle leaves, permits, injuries, and severance pay, coordinate hires and terminations, and support attendance tracking and KPI reporting.
