Your role
We are looking for an AME Process Engineer to support the industrialization of innovative products, from early product development and process definition to trial builds, validation and production ramp-up. The role is based at our Agordo site and will be organized on shifts.
The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing process engineering, NPI or assembly environments, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to define robust, repeatable and efficient production processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Main responsibilities:

Support the set-up, definition and optimization of manufacturing processes for new wearable and smart electronic products.
Define and validate process parameters, with particular focus on glue dispensing, bonding control and assembly process stability.
