MISSION
Manifattura Berluti is looking for a T&M; and Continuous Improvement Engineer to support the optimization of production and logistics processes. The resource, reporting to the T&M; and Continuous Improvement Manager, will actively contribute to the definition of standards, time and motion analysis, and the management of continuous improvement projects in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities
ACTIVITIES
Active participation in continuous improvement projects based on Lean methodologies.
Support for the development of digital tools for data analysis and KPI monitoring (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps).
Execution of time studies and definition of standard production times.
Preparation of standard work and operational instructions for production departments.
Definition and entry of standard production cycles in SAP.
Support for the management of master data, bills of material, and cycles in SAP.
Collaboration in the analysis and optimization of layouts and production flows.
Profile
Degree in Engineering (Management, Mechanical, Computer Science) or in technical-scientific disciplines. At least 2 years of experience in similar roles (e.g., internship, junior position) in Time & Motion, Industrialization, or Continuous Improvement, preferably in manufacturing contexts. Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement tools. Basic competence in time and motion analy
