We are looking for an intern to join the HR Payroll team at Excelsior Hotel Gallia, with the aim of supporting administrative activities and attendance management, while gaining a comprehensive understanding of HR processes related to personnel administration.
Main responsibilities
Administrative management of temporary staff, from collecting and verifying the necessary onboarding documentation.
Entry and update of temporary staff personal data in the ADP system.
Preparation and processing of mandatory communications to the relevant authorities.
Support in managing attendance for temporary staff.
