For our manufacturing site within the Group in Italy - Vittuone (MI), we are looking for a Production Engineer / Controller - Industrial Costing and Manufacturing Processes.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The role supports the management and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, with a specific focus on industrial cost analysis, operational data, and production performance. The position contributes to the efficiency and sustainability of production activities, supporting decision-making and process optimization in close collaboration with Production, the Technical Department, and Finance.
YOUR TASKS
Industrial Costing & Production Performance
Analyze and monitor industrial costs and production performance, managing standard costs and variance analysis.
Production Technical Data Management
Manage and update production technical data, including BOMs, production cycles, and master data, ensuring data quality and consistency across systems.
Operational Efficiency & Continuous Improvement
Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities in productivity, quality, and efficiency.
ESG & Operational Sustainability
Manage ESG reporting activities by collecting, analyzing, and consolidating relevant operational data.
KPI Monitoring & Reporting - Process and ERP System Optimization
Monitor product profitability, provide structured reporting to management, and contribute to process and system optimization, ensuring data quality and reliability.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Degree in Engineering, preferably Management, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or in Economics with a strong industrial focus.
