We are looking for an intern to join the HR Payroll team at Excelsior Hotel
Gallia, with the aim of supporting administrative activities and attendance
management, while gaining a comprehensive understanding of HR processes related
to personnel administration.
Main responsibilities
* Administrative management of temporary staff, from collecting and verifying
the necessary onboarding documentation.
* Entry and update of temporary staff personal data in the ADP system.
* Preparation and processing of mandatory communications to the relevant
authorities.
* Support in managing attendance for temporary staff.
* Support in tracking and monitoring employee attendance.
* Control and verification of anomalies and discrepancies in time and
attendance systems.
* Filing and updating of documentation for both permanent and temporary staff.
* Collaboration with the HR team to ensure accuracy and timeliness i
