In this role you will drive supplier quality initiatives within Baker Hughes' Global Supply Chain for the FCSS business. You collaborate with the Global Supplier Quality Leader and cross-functional teams to improve supplier quality, deploy QMS standards, and benchmark practices. You will lead complex supplier-related problem solving and advance automation opportunities. This position offers global exposure, a data-driven environment, and meaningful impact on energy technology projects.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Lead initiatives with the Global Supplier Quality Leader and teams to drive high-impact improvements
- Prepare scorecard reviews for all production facilities and monthly supplier quality metrics
- Benchmark with other business lines to capture best practices
- Create and deploy QMS standards and drive process automation opportunities
- Coordinate with Regional Supplier Quality Manager to ensure timely execution of development plans
- Manage communication between project teams and suppliers to ensure quality and on-time delivery
- Drive complex supplier-related problem solving activities across sites
Responsabilità
- Project management skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Lean and process optimization experience
- Significant experience in raw materials, machined parts, or engineered systems
- Data-driven mindset
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Engineering degree or equivalent working experience (preferred)
- Experience in oil & xysqume gas/automotive (preferred)
- Experience with QA/QC tools and techniques (preferred)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Willing to travel up to 50%
- Resilient and able to work under stress
