Who You Are:
Passionate for fashion and a fast paced environment, our Stock Associates are MK Ambassadors, representing
the vision of Michael,



Our Stoke Associates are responsible for operational tasks and all aspects of Back of House and, AAS
team players collaborate with a positive approach to challenges, demonstrating speed, energy and optimism.
What You’ll Do:
 People
o Support the Team through the management and follow-up of all stock related tasks, including deliveries and
Inventory Control.
o Work as part of MK Team, providing support for colleagues within the store.
o Take accountability for personal self-evaluation and performance as a MK Ambassador.
o Ensure image and grooming standards are aligned with Brand policy.
o Practice and role model the company behaviors, ensuring effective use of the behavior toolkit.
 Service
o Maintain floor and stock presence, leading by example.
o Support the team and line manager to ensure all client problems and any complaints are resolved.
o Build and maintain good communication with line manager and members of the store, collaborating and
