Sales Property Consultant

About the Role
We are currently seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Leasing team. Whether you are starting your career in real estate or looking to grow within the Dubai property market, this role offers a strong platform, professional training, and ongoing support in a fast paced, client focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors and property owners, understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable properties
• Stay updated on Dubai’s property market trends, pricing, new developments and available inventory
• Provide professional property consultations in line with RERA and DLD regulations
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting and marketing activities
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client requirements
• Advise clients on available opportunities across the Dubai property market, including ready and off plan properties




• Negotiate offers and terms between landlords and tenants and successfully close sales transactions
• Assist with documentation and guide clients through the full leasing process
• Work closely with marketing and admin teams to maximise property exposure and ensure an efficient client experience

Requirements:
• Background in sales, business development, customer service, hospitality or real estate
• Highly motivated, disciplined and target oriented
• Based in Dubai or planning to relocate within 1–3 months
• Financial stability is essential (commission based role - 6 months savings recommended for the sales department)
• Excellent communication, relationship building and negotiation skills with strong English language skills (additional languages are an advantage)
• Driving license & car preferred
