Component Supply Officer

In this role you will manage client interactions and coordinate with Engineering and Project Execution to fulfill component and service requests. You will prepare technical and commercial offers, handle orders in ERP, and oversee contracts and complaints, ensuring smooth project progression. You support the Components business and contribute to Plant Sales through trusted client relationships. The position combines cross‑functional collaboration with reporting and procurement activities to drive customer satisfaction and project success. This role offers exposure to international teams and a chance to impact global end-users via the NCA‑IT service portfolio.

- prepare and review technical and commercial offers with other departments and suppliers




- draft and manage client complaints through to closure and reporting
- enter orders into the ERP system and monitor project progress
- finalize supply contracts and verify purchase orders
- prepare and monitor reports on ongoing requests/projects and follow up with involved teams
- manage project‑based procurement activities and coordinate stock xysqume purchases and material expediting
- prepare internal departmental reports (commercial analysis, finance reporting, order intake forecasting, budget updates)
