We are looking for a Site HR Specialist to join the Lighting HR team, reporting directly to the Site HR Manager. This position is based at our office in Tolmezzo (UD) . As the Site HR Specialist at Marelli, you will support the HR function in managing the plant human capital.

Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment processes, respecting defined budgets and forecasts.

- Coordinate employee training, especially onboarding programs for new hires, including organization, tracking, and evaluation of course effectiveness.

- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems for all staff, covering technical and behavioral aspects.

- Maintain effective employee relations, addressing requests, complaints, and other matters.

- Manage internal communication initiatives.





- Ensure implementation of Group attributes within the organization.

Pay range and compensation package

This position offers an initial gross annual salary of € 45.000, plus additional compensation elements, including variable incentives and benefits, in accordance with Marelli's company policies. Employee Grade B3 of Italian National Metalworker Employment Contract (CCNL Metalmeccanico). xysqume Health & Pension Funds, Welfare Scheme and Company Canteen Service.
