Overview
As Revenue and Pricing Manager you will optimize pricing to maximize revenue and profit for Mobility Italia. You will collaborate with Finance and EMEA Pricing to shape pricing strategies, offers, and KPIs that drive target achievement. You analyze markets, competitors, and customer offers, delivering data-driven insights for decision-making. This role offers an impactful position at the intersection of finance, pricing, and commercial strategy, in a fast-paced mobility environment.

- Develop, implement, and optimize pricing strategy and tools
- Define pricing, promotions, and customer plans
- Analyze data and present strategic projects
- Design calculation and pricing guidelines with ongoing controlling
- Create pricing KPIs and early warning indicators for reporting
- Support creation of customer offers and assist daily operations as primary contact
- Track performance and propose improvements
- Conduct statistics and performance analyses
- Monitor competitor pricing and positioning
- Analyze markets and sales strategies and forecast pricing trends
- Prepare customer communications regarding pricing measures
- Contribute to product and business unit business cases
- Manage stakeholders with strong communication
Responsabilità
- 5–7 years in a similar function
- University degree in Economics/Business xysqume
- Data-driven approach
- Strong KPI focus and process orientation
- Innovative mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent English and advanced Excel (Power BI)
