Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax
and legal consultancy, is looking for a Lawyer for its Milan office.

The selected person, included in the work team, will be able to deepen the
following areas:

* Corporate Law
* Commercial law
* Commercial contracts
* Extraordinary transactions and M&A;
* Corporate.

Requirements:

* Degree in Law, brilliantly obtained
* Up to 2 years PQE
* Excellent command of the English language
* Motivation for professional activity
* Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

It will be a preferential requirement to have already gained experience in a
similar field in structured firms.
