What you'll do
* Support the coordination and administration of group bookings, meetings,
private events, and social occasions from inquiry to execution.
* Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, contracts, function sheets, and
other event-related documentation.
* Coordinate with operational departments, including Front Office, Food &
Beverage, Housekeeping, and Kitchen, to ensure seamless event execution.
* Help manage event calendars, booking systems, and client databases, ensuring
all information is accurate and up to date.
* Support site inspections and client meetings, providing a professional and
welcoming experience to prospective guests.
* Assist in responding to event inquiries and follow up with clients throughout
the planning process.
* Support the execution of events on-site, ensuring guest satisfaction and
attention to detail throughout the event journey.
* Monitor guest feedback after events and contribute ideas for continuous
improvement of the guest experience.
* Stay informed about hospitality trends, event concepts, and local market
opportunities.
* Provide operational and administrative support to the Sales & Events team
across various projects and daily activities, adapting to evolving business
needs.
