We’re looking for a Business Developer with 3–4 years of experience who is proactive, entrepreneurial, results-driven, and passionate about technology and sales, to help accelerate ’s growth.
Responsabilities:

- Drive Ringr’s growth in Italy and internationally by identifying and developing relationships with B2B companies.
- Generate new business opportunities through a combination of outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements with new and existing customers.
- Advise clients on how Ringr’s AI solutions can improve their business processes.
- Manage the sales pipeline, follow up with prospects, visit clients, and track commercial performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to identify new opportunities and address customer needs.
- Represent Ringr as a brand ambassador in every interaction with customers and partners.
Requirements:

- Native or fluent Italian and professional English (Spanish is a plus).
- 3–4 years of proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or as an Account Executive.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands‑on attitude.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build and execute sales strategies.
- Passion for technology, AI, and the startup ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and compelling way.
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
