In this role you will service, maintain, and repair Vertiv air conditioning systems and contracted installations. You will build strong rapport with customers, sales teams, and distributors while coordinating with Call Control and supervision. You’ll contribute to meeting maintenance targets, ensure safety and compliance, and support on‑site problem solving and knowledge sharing. The position offers hands‑on technical work, after‑hours availability, travel, and potential international assignments within a structured service organization.

- Respond to service calls professionally while on duty

- Perform work safely and in line with safety policies and codes

- Maintain accurate spare parts handling and reporting

- Assist in maintaining 90% maintenance completion rate

- Coordinate with call control to schedule and complete work

- Keep call control updated on schedule and open jobs

- Maintain customer lists and report site changes





- Follow ISO 9001:2000 processes and company guidelines

- Keep company vehicle and tools in good condition

- Work as part of the service team and follow through on tasks

- Submit timely, accurate daily paperwork; debrief on customer premises when possible

- Be available for weekends and night shifts; travel to customer sites; occasional long‑distance travel

- Provide on‑site technical assistance with difficult problems; support supervisors and sales/contract teams

- Attend customer meetings as required

- Ensure compliance with Export/Import and Supply Chain Security regulations

- Experience in technical service or test xysqume environment for air conditioning equipment

- Previous field service experience

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Self‑starter with planning and time‑management abilities under pressure

- Clean valid driving license

- Ability to work after hours and weekends; travel; stay away from home as required

- Team player and on‑call rota participation

- Willingness to travel abroad occasionally
