Global IT Sr. Specialist (Product Owner) – Customer Service & Logistics, reporting to the Global IT Manager Business Partner Supply Chain, is a member of the Global IT Team dedicated to the Supply Chain functional area. As a key member of the Global IT Supply Chain team, the Product Owner plays a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technological solutions. This role is responsible for designing, implementing,
and optimizing business critical applications within the domains of Logistics & Customer Service, ensuring application stability, performance, and continuous improvement, while aligning with business needs and IT governance standards.
This role involves close collaboration with global, regional, and local stakeholders to ensure that IT initiatives align with business goals, deliver measurable value, and foster innovation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
Technological roadmap & Projects management
Drive the evolution of IT solutions across the entire Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, with a focus on order management, logistics execution and customer experience solutions (TMS Applications, Customer Platforms…).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Lead IT projects and collaborate with other IT teams related to owned application’s global rollouts, upgrades and integrations with
