The opportunity

Worldline seeks a detail-oriented Banking Partnership Support Intern to drive operational excellence by managing sales documentation, financial reporting, and procurement processes (PR/PO/GRN). You will facilitate client and partner relations, support complex RFP/RFI cycles, and collaborate with transversal teams to optimize commercial performance. The role requires a proactive approach to project support and legal compliance, ensuring the highest standards of quality in our digital payment solutions.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

Commercial Activities:

Preparation of presentations
Support in Business Case development
Support in the preparation of proposal documents (tenders/bids)
Involvement in RFI/RFP processes
Participation in client/prospect calls
Support in contract negotiations

Partner Support Activities

Liaison with operational departments regarding client requests

Administrative Activities

Creation and management of PR/PO/GRN (Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt Notes)
Support for supplier inquiries
Monitoring and management of certified emails (PEC)

Project Activities

Support across various projects (e.g., NS, ARF, AUI)

Reporting

Preparation of financial reports, ad hoc reports (upon request), commercial performance tracking, and Business Review data

Miscellaneous

Support for Legal department request
