The Global AI Engineer is responsible for accelerating the adoption and industrialization of Artificial Intelligence across Campari Group by designing, developing and scaling AI-powered solutions, intelligent assistants and autonomous agents that enhance productivity, automate business processes and unlock measurable value. The role contributes to establishing the foundations of an enterprise-wide Agentic AI ecosystem,



maximizing the return on existing data and AI investments and supporting sustainable business growth.
General Description of the Role
Within the Technology & Services organization, in the AI, Data & Analytics team, the role is responsible for enabling data-driven decision making and accelerating business value through data, analytics and Artificial Intelligence capabilities. As Artificial Intelligence rapidly evolves from predictive analytics into Generative AI and Agentic AI, the organization requires dedicated engineering capabilities to transform AI opportunities into scalable, secure and enterprise-ready solutions.
