is seeking a Product Technical Performance Manager (PTPM) for the TPD Premium Chocolate team in Italy.

You will develop, optimize and industrialize Premium Chocolate products, supporting innovation projects and continuous improvement across laboratories, pilot plants and manufacturing sites.
You will lead trials, scale-up activities and supplier tests, owning xysqume industrial recipes and evaluating new ingredients to ensure optimal organoleptic characteristics and shelf
