In this role you will support Europe HVAC Management on Pan-European business growth and profitability through commercial analysis, pricing management, performance monitoring, inventory optimization, strategic planning, and sales incentive administration.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

Business Management & Commercial Support

Develop and manage pricing strategies for key Pan-European customers.
Conduct profitability analysis, pricing simulations, and margin performance reviews.
Support customer negotiations, business presentations, and contract approval processes.

Business Performance & Pipeline Management

Monitor sales, profitability, costs, and business performance across Applied business segments (ISC R32, AHU, FCU).
Analyze project pipelines (Spec-in, Award, Lost) and identify
