Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Listed Companies Price Sensitive & Corporate Information Intern to join the Institutional Functions team. The position will be based in Milan, and start in November.
You will primarily be responsible for:
Monitoring price sensitive information disseminated by companies listed on Euronext Equity Italian Markets
Preparing and publishing Borsa Italiana Announcements, including the relevant technical provisions
Populating the Borsa Italiana database in relation to corporate events and dividend payments
Checking compliance with Euronext Growth Milan listed companies' obligations
Verifying Specialist obligations
Supporting the team in interactions with listed issuers, advisors and supervisory authorities
Assisting in managing institutional proceedings such as suspension, delisting or enforcement actions
Your profile:
Degree in Economics, Business or Law (or currently studying towards one)
Basic knowledge of financial statement analysis, company and financial law, and financial markets and instruments




Good knowledge of the MS Office suite
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Strong ability to work in a team and excellent autonomy in performing assigned tasks
Excellent precision, attention to detail and time management skills
Good interpersonal and relationship skills
